Career highlights
MY GREATEST HITS!
2018
April - Gold Coast Commonwealth Games
-
4th in the T54 1500m - Sammi was very happy with her last 1500m for the foreseeable future! Going into the event she was ranked 5th in Commonwealth and 7.31 seconds behind the third ranked athlete. In the final, however, she was less than a second away from silver and bronze
-
4th in the T54 marathon - once again Sammi put in a fantastic performance in only her second marathon. She was part of the leading pack right up until the end, and just missed out on the medal positions. Now she can focus on getting back to 100m and 200m, rather than 26 miles!
